Do you feel stressed up when things don't go your way?
Try this Mantra to DE-STRESS
1. Count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
Focus your breath when counting these numbers. 1 (breath in), 2 (breath out), 3 (breath in)...
2. Close your eyes for 10 seconds and think of something that you're very grateful of.
How lucky you are than so many people around you. Problem you face now is no big deal!
3. Open up your eyes and do a facial exercise in front of a mirror. Move all the muscles on your face.
Now laugh at yourself for making that silly face. Yes, laugh your stress off.
It's not worth it to let the stress kills your good cells.
